Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy seasons, holidays, or special promotions.

We currently offer $8.50 flat-rate shipping within the United States. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Black Diamond Tallow Co. is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Warm Weather Shipping

Tallow is naturally sensitive to temperature. During warmer weather, your product may soften or melt while in transit. This does not affect the quality of the product. If your tallow arrives softened or melted, keep the container upright and place it in a cool location or refrigerator until it becomes solid again. Texture may change slightly after melting, but the product can still be used as intended.

We package orders carefully, but once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and carrier delays are outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at blackdiamondtallowco@gmail.com with your order number and photos when applicable.
